Weekend will include family friendly activities, special guests, catered lunch, live entertainment, vendors, silent auction and music!

$30 per person. $25 for children 12 and under. Children 24 months and younger FREE. (Attendees can receive refunds up to 3 days before the event date) Ticket sales begin April 6, 2026. By attending this event you agree to be photographed/filmed.

Hotel Reservation Instructions:

The block of rooms reserved at Embassy Suites in Troy for July 10-12, 2026 with a special room rate. First come first serve. THE HOTEL WILL SELL OUT.

PLEASE NOTE: All rooms are spacious two-room suites that feature a separate living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 double OR 1 king-sized bed.

Double Bed rooms are at a premium to larger families sleeping up to 6. Please only book for the room capacity needed.

FRIDAY-

Hotel arrival & check in begins at 4pm

Pool is open to those staying at Embassy Suites (closes at 10pm to children, adults welcome until midnight)

5:00 pm Meet & Greet/Informal Cocktail Reception at Embassy Suites

7:30pm LIVE performance by LFP Ambassador drummer/musician Jack Thomas (as seen on Canada's Got Talent). @Embassy Suites in the Cedar Room

9 am Open to all who wish to attend: Adaptive Yoga lead by LFP Ambassador Melanie Waldman @Embassy Suites in the Cedar Room

Meet the day where it meets you at our morning meditation, intention setting & light adaptive yoga stretch!

All ages & abilities are welcome but we ask that children be accompanied by an adult to help us all keep the volume at a reasonable level to ensure optimal calm & tranquility!

Here's what you'll need:

-Dress for comfort

-Mat or Beach Towel

-Yoga blocks will be made available, but we definitely think if you can bring your own yoga props, it would definitely be a big help!

-Bring a pen & paper or journal in your phone's notes

-Masks optional but encouraged as we will be doing a lot of getting-to-know you!

Community is a huge component of yoga, as is service. So join us for an hour of connection & healing in our LFP Community!

11am-12pm Picnic Arrival at , 1755 E Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48085-5049 (approximately a 10 minute drive from Embassy Suites) Picnic is rain or shine! Guests are welcome to bring blankets and camp chairs for picnicking.

*You DO NOT need to print your tickets.* But please get your wrist bands upon arrival at the park.

1230pm LUNCH (served by Crank's Catering. Grilled chicken breast, all beef hot dogs, hamburgers, assorted summer salads, cut fruit, vegatables, bagged chips, nut-free cookies and brownies.)

There will be Lucky Fin Project merchandise for sale. Cash, credit, and checks accepted. *CASH will expedite the checkout process.

3-4pm Picnic wrap up, Silent Auction Winners Announced at 3pm. Cash, credit, Venmo and checks accepted. You must be present to claim your items.

Free time to get your own dinner (several nearby restaurants)

Parent After Hours Meeting @Embassy Suites. This is an opportunity for parents to discuss and share their experiences. *This a Parents ONLY space.
