Participating in a Sound Bath simply means joining us in your most comfortable clothes, being open to lying back and deeply relaxing. Mats, and blankets are available to support you. Please bring anything additional you would like for your comfort, such as pillows, a weighted stuffed animal, a squishmallow, your favority blanket, etc, as well as an open heart ready to join in a powerful intention setting activity in a supportive group.
