Ruck to Live, PTSD/Suicide march, "Together We Heal"

This a Civilian & Military PTSD & Suicide Ruck (March). 8, easy pace miles with breaks every mile to reflect and memorialize those that have fallen. We will remember a civilian and military person who died or suicide at every stop. The conversations between miles is where the healing begins. Afterwards we will have a catered lunch.
