July - Summer Serenity Sound Bath

Welcome to Celestial Sounds
July invites us to pause and appreciate the fullness of the season. The days are long, nature is thriving, and there is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves amid the busyness of life.
During this gentle and restorative sound bath, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation while being bathed in the soothing vibrations of harp, gongs crystal and Himalayan bowls, designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.
This session will include:
• A seasonal meditation inspired by the energy of summer
• Crystal singing bowls, chimes, harp and therapeutic sound instruments
• Time for rest, reflection, and deep relaxation
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself to be supported by sound.
Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and nourished by the warmth and abundance of the season.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
Come and celebrate the light within you. 🌞 Join us at Amersham Band Hall Friday 10th July. Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
