You are cordially invited to a Special Soundbath Tuesday, July 9th at 8:15 pm. The focus will be the Root (Red) Crown (White...high note) and Throat(Blue) ChakrasI will have 10 crystal quartz bowls 🥣 at this soundbath promising to make it super intense.
You will be immersed in the beautiful sounds of the crystal quartz and Tibetan prayer bowls. The soothing sounds are perfect to take you into a deep, relaxed state. Sound Baths are wonderful for your self-healing journey. Sound Baths can help you sleep more soundly and definitely over time, help you manage the way you deal with the everyday stresses of our modern world. The cost is $20 Cash or card at the door. Age is 16 and up. We have yoga mats and blankets to borrow. Bring a pillow!
There will be an emotional release yoga class with Julie from 7 to 8 pm. Yoga 🧘♂️ followed by a Soundbath is a great combo to clear out stagnant energy and get those Chakras spinning!
