The Resilient Spine: Yoga Anatomy Workshop Sunday July 28, 11:30-2:30 with Randy Boyd ERYT 500 YACEP and IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist. Yoga teaches us that life is naturally resilient. Resiliency is the ability to spring back into shape, to bounce back from difficulties. The four curves of the human spine act like a shock absorber to diffuse the forces of weight bearing bringing resiliency, strength, and elasticity to the body. Learn how to align the spine to keep you safe and resilient in your practice on your yoga mat and in your life off the yoga mat. This session will include lecture, power point, asana practice, and discussion.
