Learn about fair housing and fair lending, budgeting, credit, and more! This HUD-certified class is a prerequisite to applying for Michigan State Housing Development Authority down payment assistance. Registration is required.
This is a 6-hour course that is split into two 3-hour classes:
Class #1: Wednesday, July 15 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Class #2: Thursday, July 16 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Attend both courses to get a HUD Certificate of Completion for down payment assistance programs. This class is free to attend and open to the public. Dinner will be provided.
