July Full Moon Gathering

You can expect to explore movement with community. I will lead us through introductions and a warm up. Please wear comfy clothes that you feel good moving in. I will also have flow props for everyone to enhance your exploration and creation of flow. Please bring water to stay hydrated.

There are 2 bathrooms on-site and a small parking lot that fits about 4 cars. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking.

Then we will move onto journaling. I have designed a worksheet that will provide journal prompts and give you some fun facts about the July full moon AKA Buck Moon AKA Mead Moon. There are 2 tables in the space but in the past people have brought their yoga mats to sit on the floor and journal, if they want. We like to spread out!

Our last order of business will be for everyont to pick their own pre-made oracle reading. I will have books that tell you what didfferent cards mean but I am also a resource and happy to help you read intuitively if you need me! The oracle cards are yours to keep!
