Join for this rise and shine hatha yoga class to awaken your mind, body, and soul. Hatha yoga is a foundational practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to create balance between the body and mind. Hatha yoga, the yoga of balance and translated as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha). This is a well-rounded class suitable for all with modifications and props available. We will start with breath work, build some heat with asana, and end class with meditation. Must sign up and purchase tickets in advance to attend this class. I look forward to seeing you there!
