July 2026 Comfort Measures Class

This class is recommended to moms with July-September 2026 due dates! This class was designed by practicing Birth Doulas based on their experience attending births over the years. You will learn a variety of techniques to help you stay comfortable and manage your labor. You will also have the opportunity to meet a few of the Birth Acadiana members and see them in action!
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to change positions freely (think hands-and-knees and squatting). Also, if you have a birth ball, bring it! It’s a good, cheap investment and can be used after the birth too. This class requires an investment of $40 for the birthing person and one guest. Space is limited.
