About the Presenter
Dr. Kelly Diggs has spent much of her career supporting workforce development through evidence-based mentorship practices and inclusive culture-building within STEMM fields and higher education.
As a neuroscientist, consultant, and executive coach, she works with organizational leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals in positions of influence to navigate complexity, make effective decisions, mentor across differences, and create environments where people can truly thrive.
Her work combines research, practical experience, and a human-centered approach to leadership development, helping leaders better understand not only how decisions are made, but how those decisions impact culture, performance, and long-term success.
