JoyPoint: Soca & Soul is a joyful outdoor wellness gathering where we reconnect with our bodies through rhythm, freedom, and Caribbean vibes. Inspired by the energy of Carnival, this session invites you to move, dance, stretch, and simply enjoy being present in your body—no pressure, no performance.

Together we’ll ease into the afternoon with light stretching and warm-up movement before flowing into a relaxed soca-inspired dance session. This is not a formal dance class—just an opportunity to let loose, enjoy the music, and experience movement as celebration.

Whether you’re a longtime lover of soca music or simply looking for a feel-good way to spend your Saturday, come join us for a vibrant moment of joy and connection.
