Journée d’initiation tantrique: L’éveil du Coeur Spirituel.
Ça y est! Premier événement en personne au Québec avec Pierre et Blandine, ma professeure de Tantra !
Pour l’occasion, on vous prépare une journée initiatique à la découverte des profondeurs du coeur spirituel!
Dans le système tantrique, le coeur spirituel est au “coeur” de la voie. Tout part du coeur et tout revient au coeur.
Cette journée se veut une invitation à revenir à notre essence. À calmer notre mental et se centrer dans notre être. Et qu’est-ce qu’on réalise lorsqu’on est en contact avec les profondeurs de notre coeur? La connexion. L’une des révélations qui apparait lorsque nous entrons en contact avec notre essence (le fameux “I AM”) est qu’en réalité, nous sommes tous connectés.
Bref, cette journée visera à nous reconnecter avec soi-même et, à partir de là, à réaliser que nous sommes, en réalité, tous mystérieusement connectés.
Au menu, il y aura des activités interactives, une pratique de Hatha yoga et méditation centrée sur l’éveil du coeur, des enseignements inspirants et bien plus encore!

L’atelier sera présenté par Pierre, enseignant de Tantra et Yoga chez Tantra Ésotérique Indien ainsi qu’une invitée spéciale : Maria-Blandine, Fondatrice de Mahasiddha Yoga et enseignante de Tantra Yoga depuis plus de 20 ans d’expériences. Andréanne sera là aussi en soutien, étudiante en Tantra depuis 2017.

Tantric Initiation Day: Awakening the Spiritual Heart
It's here! Our first in-person event in Quebec!
For this special occasion, we're preparing an initiatory day to explore the depths of the spiritual heart!
In the Tantric system, the spiritual heart is at the "heart" of the path. Everything starts from the heart and everything returns to the heart.
This day is an invitation to return to our essence, to quiet our minds and center ourselves in our being. And what do we realize when we are in contact with the depths of our hearts? Connection. One of the revelations that appears when we connect with our essence (the famous "I AM") is that, in reality, we are all connected.
In short, this day will aim to reconnect us with ourselves and, from there, to realize that we are, in reality, all mysteriously connected.
On the agenda: interactive activities, a Hatha yoga practice and heart-centered meditation on awakening the heart, inspiring teachings, and much more!
