Join Jodi Stepanek, a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, for a gentle and supportive session focused on calming the nervous system. Jodi will share the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and guide the group through Peace Finder Practices - simple techniques to help bring comfort and balance as you navigate this time of change.
