You know him as one of your amazing Boyson Rd Farrell's instructors, but Jonny Lipford is also an award‑winning flutist, composer, and educator who has specialized in Native American and world flutes for over two decades. Laina Pilkenton is a Boyson Rd FIT Member who is a certified sound and energetic practitioner who specializes in working with a variety of sound instruments to facilitate relaxation and self-expansion. Join them on Sunday, August 31st at 4:00 pm as they team up to facilitate an hour of eXtreme Relaxation at the Boyson Road location.At Farrell's, we spend so much time putting our bodies through intense physical exertion during kickboxing and resistance training. This sound healing event offers an excellent opportunity to take care of ourselves in a completely different way—through the gentle, restorative power of therapeutic sound provided by two knowledgeable and experienced facilitators.
