Join Katie for our Journey Within Somatic Breathwork Ceremony! *limited to 10 seats onlySomatic Breathwork uses circular diaphragmatic breathing to tap into your body’s inner wisdom and release suppressed emotions. Lying on your back, Katie will guide you through a series of deep-breathing exercises with varied speeds and breath holds.
Beginners are welcome, no experience necessary.
Wear something comfy, option to bring a journal and some water!
