About this Event

The series is suitable for those who are new to yoga as well for those individuals that still have a practice but need to sharpen their skills.

Week One (10/05): Breath & Body Awareness, Grounding Poses & Sun Salutations

Week Two(10/12): Fundamental Poses & Side bends

Week Three(10/19): Forward Folds & Twists

Week Four(10/26): Balance & Backbends

*Each Series is 60 minutes 12-1pm.
