This is a deep journey to the shadows and the deeper less seen aspects of ourselves that need a voice a hand to hold and a safe space to come to the light.
We will use the power of our breath and intention to unlock, expand and soften our heart body and consciousness to help unlock and release any stagnant stuck emotions, feeling, memories and even past events from the body and nervous system and transmute them into more light & self love & acceptance.
Our breath is powerful tools to help us regulate our nervous system and we can also use it to explore stuck parts of ourselves that require a little extra attention.
This is an active and passive meditation practice that allows us to create a safe environment that allows us to soften our conscious mind and go a little more deeper within.
The flow through these journeys begins with a explanation of the process and intention setting for the evening followed by a grounding practice and then I will guide you into your active breath practice and meditation, where I will be there to helps support and guide you through this practice with various sound tools and reiki to create a safe environment for whatever needs to come to the surface and be transmuted.
We will finish the evening with a soothing soundbath to allow our nervous systems to integrate the work we did.
Sound healing uses specific instruments with specific tones and frequencies with a purpose of bringing the nervous system to a more balanced regulated state.
We use instruments suck as crystal bowls, chimes, gongs with beautiful music for a deep state of inner peace and calm.
