Blending meditation, mindfulness, gentle somatic movement, some yin postures, tension release, yoga nidra and sound.
This class is built to reset the nervous system, aid anxiety, help sleep and rest.
Josephine draws on mindfulness practices, compassion and kindness to leave you feeling held, restored and light.

Class are held at the wonderful Worthing High, in their spacious, quiet and private Drama studio. The studio is large and has plenty of space for you to feel free and able to move with ease.
Parking is free and onsite, the space is accessible, with easy access to facilities.

A Yoga Mat and any props that feel helpful, 2 blocks, a cushion, blanket can be helpful.
