Journey to Handstand Workshop is an All Levels, All Welcome inversion workshop for beginner level through experienced practitioners. We’ll explore and build stable foundations in balance, strength and flexibility in order to work toward achieving your handstand, inversion, hand/arm balance, and/or fitness goals! Handstands and inversions are energizing and empowering, improve balance and awareness, and increase strength and flexibility. Come join us to start or continue your Journey in a Fun and well-rounded experience where there is something for every body!
