This workshop was designed to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit!
Restorative yoga is known for its ability to relax soft tissue, the underlying source of most body aches and pains. Yoga Nidra meditations and sound healing are known to relax the mind and activate the parasympathetic nervous system which switches us from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest" mode.
