Journey Through Grief Support Group

Journey Through Grief is a community support group for adults coping with loss. It offers a welcoming space for peer support, guided conversation, and practical tools to reduce isolation and improve daily functioning. The group includes check-ins, discussions on common grief experiences, and resource sharing. Prayer support is available, but the group serves people at all grief stages with dignity and care. It’s a peer support group and not a substitute for licensed counseling or emergency services.
Meets the 1st Thursday of each month, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM, at Springhill Church, 120 SE Williston Road, Gainesville, FL 32641.
