Journey Into Past Lives

When a past-life pattern remains unresolved, it often echoes through our physical, emotional, and mental planes. It may show up as familiar triggers, repeating relational dynamics, chronic tension in specific areas of the body, or a sense of “I have felt this forever and do not know why.” These imprints are not random. They are the unintegrated stories of the soul asking to be seen and understood.
In this workshop, we open a doorway into that deeper wisdom. Through a guided clairvoyant meditation, you will journey into a past life that is directly influencing your present reality. We explore the themes, relationships, and lessons that have followed you into this lifetime, as well as the gifts and strengths that are ready to come home to you.
Throughout the meditation, you will be gently guided to notice what arises in the body and what wants to be felt or acknowledged. This somatic awareness supports the healing process without force, helping you understand how these imprints have lived within you.
Once the past life becomes clear, we move into an energetic healing to release the residue of that story and integrate the wisdom your soul has been carrying. This process encourages sovereignty, clarity, and a deeper sense of inner freedom.
We close with group sharing and guided integration so your insights can take root in your daily life. Journal prompts and reflective questions will support continued processing in a gentle, grounded way.
This workshop is for anyone who feels called to understand their soul’s history, break patterns that feel ancient or unexplainable, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within them.
