Watercolor Pets + Pressed Flowers

Join me for a relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop where you’ll create a one-of-a-kind floral portrait of your pet! In this class, we’ll learn approachable watercolor techniques including color mixing, layering, brush control, and how to capture your pet’s personality through paint — no drawing experience required.

Before class, I will hand-draw your pet using the photo you submit, so when you arrive your sketch will be ready on watercolor paper and you can focus fully on painting and enjoying the creative process. Step-by-step guidance will be provided throughout, making this class perfect for all skill levels.

After finishing your watercolor portrait, we’ll turn your artwork into a beautiful keepsake by arranging dried flowers around your painting inside a floating glass frame. You’ll learn simple design and composition tips to create a balanced, polished final piece that’s ready to display or gift.
