In this installment of Life By Seasons' Reflective Journaling Circle, we will explore how the Full Moon in Leo against its opposite Sun in Aquarius might be impacting us around the 1st of February. Full moons are often emotional and expressive times and can bring insight on where we need to clear obstacles, heal aspects, or let go of things in our lives. The Leo-Aquarius polarity specifically deals with the balance between all that is personal (Leo) and all that is impersonal (Aquarius). We will break this idea down into several aspects that we can explore through journaling.
Itinerary:
First 20 minutes: Introductions and sharing of the day's journal prompt(s)
Next 20 minutes: Individual journaling on full moon themes
Last hour: Discuss as a group what we uncovered during writing, and ways that we can apply what we've learned to our life moving forward.
