Wanting more relaxation in your life? Come join Life By Seasons for a Sunday evening of Tea and Yoga Nidra. Kristen will guide you through yoga nidra - a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep that brings restoration to the mind and body. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket to lay comfortably on the floor for the duration of the Nidra.
