Daring to Dream invites you to the exclusive launch of our charity single, ‘Here Together’. Composed and performed by the talented Lylia Young, this moving song gives a voice to the often-ignored emotional impact of living with illness.

This isn't just a launch; it’s the start of our 7-week ‘Hear Us, Sing with Us’ campaign, aiming to spread connection and understanding across Wales.
