The theme this year is Bringing Values To Life.

So on the 17th October, World Values Day, let’s bring our values to life, reaching past all the hostility and negativity that divide us to change the world for the better.
When we connect deeply with our hearts, our real, authentic values flow with ease into our awareness. And when values are in our awareness, we can reflect upon how best to bring them into action in our daily lives. This heart-focused meditation and reflection will help you to connect with the values at the heart of who you really are. This will empower you to commit to bringing your values into life and playing your part in building stronger communities and a more united world.
