Join TWP at the South Montgomery County 4th of July Parade
About this Event
We are really excited to be participating in this parade for our local community once again!
The parade theme, “America250 – Come Join the Celebration!” reflects the courage, vision, and enduring ideals that have shaped our country since 1776. The parade will bring these values to life through patriotic floats, marching bands, community groups, and creative entries that showcase the pride and unity of South County.
We have space for up to 5 vehicles and 25 walkers, see below for the decoration guidelines & rules from the committee:

Decoration Guidelines, Conduct and Political Rules - All parade entries and their support vehicles must make a good faith effort to depict the Parade theme “America250” reflecting the courage, vision, and enduring ideals that have shaped our country since 1776. The parade will showcase the pride and unity of South County. Alternatively, entries should be decorated in red, white, and blue, aligning with the celebratory spirit of the Parade. Judges will consider these criteria when selecting winners, and compliance teams will monitor decorations in the staging area and along the route.
- All entries are required to display at least one official Flag of The United States.
- All parade entries are required to exhibit proper decorum, fellowship, and family-oriented behavior in the staging area and during the parade.
- All Parade participants are encouraged to celebrate the history, values, and ideals of the United States of America rather than protest those matters in which they feel America falls short of its values and ideals. While the Committee values the free-speech rights of all, the Committee’s rules for this Parade are intended to encourage Parade participants to celebrate rather than protest.
