Johno Clayton is a 24 year old Singer/Songwriter from Tallassee, Tennessee. Clayton's heart and soul is set on making his own kind of Country Music to grab people's attention to relate to the lyrics of his songs ever since 10 years old. Clayton has written over a countless number of songs throughout his young years that come straight from him and the life he has lived so far. He released his first EP on CD,"Little Pieces of Heaven" at the age of 14 that consisted of songs that he had written at the age of 12 and 13. His style of writing and performing music changed throughout his young teenage years as he got older. Then in 2016, Clayton introduced his new song, "Buddy That's Life" to his fans and his hometown. After a build-up of likes from the new, these are my roots and me, style of Clayton, the song begins to grow past just the usual hometown crowd of people and fans. Clayton released "Buddy That's Life" as a single, and released it to iTunes,Country Radio, etc. The song received numerous spins on Country Radio Stations. After that, more and more shows began to arrive for him throughout the Summer of 2016. From playing all the way to Virginia, to Johnson City, TN, all the way down to Chattanooga, TN, and other surrounding states. Clayton grew a great fan base in the areas he played. Between traveling from Bristol, TN, to the shows in the South of Tennessee, he would always maintain to get a couple of "Hometown Shows" in the schedule. The shows at home began to have some unfamiliar faces in the crowd and steadily grew to where, no matter the bar, the Fire Capacity limit was always a threat. Then In fall of 2016 Clayton continued on the path of playing shows mostly every Saturday nights and saving Friday nights for his senior year of High-School football. After High-School, Clayton went on to attend Tennessee Tech University in the fall of 2017 in pursuit of a business degree and also at the same time, trying to pursue a career in the music business. With music "keeping the lights on and bills paid “as Clayton refers to it, a lot more shows and opportunities started taking place in early 2018 which led to the dropout of college and a business degree, to making the move back home to go to work. “Coming back home, came with a lot more responsibilities than college did. I had to find a job as soon as I got back, cause I was a broke college kid with a habit of playing any college party I was invited to and heck for little to no money”, Clayton stated. “I got a job at UPS part-time and bought an old mower to cut grass on the side, and kept the weekends for shows. I worked to make money to give back to my momma for everything I had blown while living heavy on the throttle and trying to be the life of the party”, Clayton added.
