📖 About the Event:
Fresh back from France, John brings his Ragbags Quintet to the Brisbane Jazz Club. The group plays standards, gypsy jazz, originals, African music and a bit of Stevie Wonder for good measure.
Featuring the talents of John Reeves - Accordion, Jan Van Dijk - Fiddle, Jamie Clark - Guitar, Elliott Parker - Bass and Chris Evans – Drums. This group straddles genres, always striving to bring joy through spontaneity and creativity.
John has been training with esteemed Accordion teacher Jacques Mornet in Central France. He can’t wait to share the fruits of his studies and adventures with you!
