There’s a moment every year when tomatoes actually taste like tomatoes again… and when that moment hits, you don’t mess around.

Joey shows up with a haul of peak-season heirlooms—different colors, different shapes, all ridiculously flavorful—and we build a menu around them. Simple, honest dishes that let the tomatoes do their thing: Caprese that doesn’t need an introduction, Sicilian-style tuna salad that somehow tastes like summer on the coast, and a few other surprises that make your head spin and your mouth water.

The wines? Exactly what you want with this kind of food. Rosés that feel like sunshine, crisp whites that snap everything into focus, and chillable reds that somehow make tomatoes taste even better than they already do.
