The VIP Experience will enjoy an exclusive 4:00 pm VIP Reception on the patio outside Vintage Wine Bar, featuring curated wine tastings, delicious small bites, and the opportunity to meet Master Sommelier David Glancy, founder and CEO of the San Francisco Wine School. At the conclusion of the reception, VIP guests will be escorted to Santana Row's Main Plaza (1 block west) to continue the evening's festivities.
At 5:00 p.m., the Grand Tasting begins in Santana Row's Main Plaza, where guests will enjoy more than 20 Santa Clara Valley wineries, 40+ handcrafted wines, unlimited tastings, and the opportunity to purchase a full glass or bottle of their favorite wines to enjoy throughout the evening.
As the sun sets, gather for a spectacular four-course Spanish-inspired Harvest Dinner, where David Glancy and featured Santa Clara Valley winemakers will guide guests through thoughtfully paired wines, sharing stories, insights, and conversations about the region's vineyards, winemaking traditions, and the wines being enjoyed throughout the evening.
The celebration continues with our popular Cellar Bottle Spin, where every spin offers the chance to win a mystery bottle of wine, along with a Live Auction featuring exclusive wine experiences, travel packages, and one-of-a-kind items. Every bid, every spin, and every ticket purchased helps support the Wineries of Santa Clara Valley's mission to promote and preserve the region while funding scholarships for aspiring enologists, viticulturists, winery professionals, wine educators, and wine stewards.
Then dance under the stars to live music until 9:30pm while celebrating the warmth, hospitality, and craftsmanship that define Santa Clara Valley Wine Country.
