About this Event
Talk for parents/carers of Abbeygate Sixth Form College.
Talk starts at 7pm, arrival from 6:30pm at West Suffolk College reception. Parking available in the college car park.
The Joe Dix Foundation is a UK charity formed in memory of Joe Dix, who was tragically murdered (stabbed) in Norwich in January 2022. Our mission is to raise awareness around knife crime, child criminal exploitation (CCE), gang involvement, and supporting young people and families impacted by these issues. Our bespoke presentations are age appropriate, and for children focus on the signs, dangers and consequences of child criminal exploitation and for adults the focus in on the early warning signs that they can spot.
Over 2 days Abbeygate Sixth Form College students will be recieving talks from the Joe Dix Foundation, but we feel it is important to share this information with parents and carers also.
Spaces are limited, so please only book for the adults attending - this talk is not for students.
