Jockey's Ridge State Park- Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend

Every year, on the second weekend of September, Girl Scouts across the nation host special events and provide activities to celebrate and foster a love for our state parks.

Join Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast at Jockey's Ridge State Park (300 W Carolista Drive, Nags Head, NC 27959) on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm for outdoor activities, to meet rangers, and to see fun nature displays!

Not a Girl Scout? You can still join in on Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend! We welcome girls K-12 and their families who are interested in learning more about Girl Scouts to attend our FREE Girl Scouts Love State Parks program. Pick up your free welcome packet at check-in and then explore the park like a Girl Scout as you enjoy activities. Register at www.gsccc.org/stateparks
