These sessions are the most popular way to start with Leicester Shootfighters.
They are an introduction to fundamental techniques and tactics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a grappling style used worldwide as the base art for self defence and Mixed Martial Arts.
This course is the perfect way to try something new for the 4 week duration, or as a stepping stone to beginning your martial arts journey, along with a group of other beginners.
No previous experience, special uniform or protective equipment is required.
If you are interested in martial arts and ready to learn then please book asap and come join us on the mats in 2025.
