These sessions are the most popular way to start with Leicester Shootfighters. They are an introduction to fundamental techniques and tactics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a grappling style used worldwide as the base art for self defence and Mixed Martial Arts.
This course is the perfect way to try something new for the 4 week duration, or as a stepping stone to beginning your martial arts journey, along with a group of other beginners.
No previous experience, special uniform or protective equipment is required.
