About this Event
On May 17–18, join Brienna Hall for a two-day workshop exploring the process of turning carved wax or found objects into cast forms. You’ll work through each step—from mold-making to pouring—while building confidence with the tools, techniques, and creative possibilities of sand casting.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your skills, you’ll leave with multiple cast pieces and a strong foundation for future projects.
No experience required.
Instructor: Brienna Hall is the artist behind Shrine Jewelry, known for expressive, one-of-a-kind pieces that blend casting with textile-inspired techniques. Based in Mendocino, she explores jewelry as both adornment and personal expression, and teaches sand casting to help others bring their ideas to life. Her background in sculpture and fiber arts informs both her teaching and her design process.
Kit Fee: $75 made payable to instructor day of class.
Cancelation Policy: This class has a minimum attendance of 4. Refunds will be given fully if requested 72 hours prior to the class start time
