To honor and celebrate the 85th anniversary of Jeep as well as the 250th anniversary of the United States, local historian and author, Tedd Long, will conduct a special program - In partnership with Toledo Jeep Fest and the America - 250 Campaign - exploring Toledo’s central role in the creation of Jeep; the most recognizablevehicle in American history.Tedd’s multimedia presentation will highlight the remarkable people and workforce behind the Jeep: engineers, factory workers, soldiers and Toledo families whose lives were shaped by its production. Panelists will also share personal stories and reflections on Jeep’s lasting impact on Toledo’s transportation, economy, culture and identity.
This event is free and open to the public. Free parking is available for all guests in Lot 10.
