Jeanette devoted her life to family and education. A valedictorian at David Douglas HS, she went to Oregon State and received her master's from Lewis & Clark. She taught Calculus for many years at Sam Barlow HS. Married to Brad Hanna for 51 years, she prioritized being an amazing mother and devoted wife. Together they raised three children: Erik, JJ, and Allison, and were blessed with seven grandchildren. Jeanette and Brad were Master Bridge players. She loved golf and formed lasting friendships at Pleasant Valley, Willamette Valley, and Agate Beach. Palm Springs trips, Labor Day pitch, and Christmas with lefse and krumkake were cherished traditions. Her contagious laugh filled every room.
