Join us for an immersive weekend training designed to help you build strength, skill, and confidence as both a practitioner and instructor.This training blends Pilates-inspired core work, functional strength training, mobility, and mindful movement to create safe, effective, and energizing Sculpt classes your students will love. You’ll learn how to intelligently program classes, cue movement clearly, offer modifications, and create an inclusive, motivating class environment.
Over this hands-on weekend, you’ll explore:
• Foundations of Pilates-based movement
• Core and functional strength training principles
• Safe alignment and injury prevention
• Class sequencing and programming
• Effective cueing and coaching skills
• Modifications and progressions for all bodies
• Music, pacing, and class energy
• Practice teaching with supportive feedback
Led by master instructors Sara, Eva and Courtney this training combines experience, creativity, and community support to help you find your own teaching voice.
