Come join JCl Manchester for a relaxing yoga session for a good cause.Join us for a special Charity Yoga Event dedicated to raising funds for A-Sisterhood Charity! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this inclusive event welcomes all abilities to come together and experience the calming, restorative benefits of yoga.
Led by fantastic Beccy, the session will guide us through a series of gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques, ensuring everyone can move at their own pace. Modifications will be provided to suit all levels, so everyone can feel supported and comfortable.
Beccy is fully insured and nearly completed her yoga instructor training.
Following the yoga session, a few of us may go for a coffee - anyone is free to join!
