DOWNSTAIRS MEET!!! PLUS RAFFLE!!! ♥♥♥
26th September marks the day that Zelda FINALLY has her turn as the main protagonist in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom on Switch!! We're taking this opportunity to celebrate the new release as well as have some other Zelda-themed fun. There's also gonna be a raffle on where, amongst the prizes, are some Zelda-related goodies!! £1 per ticket.

** Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom **
Meet up with like-minded Zelda fans to play the game, discuss battling techniques, and puzzle solutions. We're going to have the game set up for anyone to try out if they haven't got it yet.

** Zelda Tri-Force Heroes **
A Zelda-themed meet is the perfect time for those of you who want to make some more progress in Tri-Force Heroes (without resorting to faceless strangers on the internet).
Note: If you want to play Tri-Force Heroes, be sure to bring your 3DS with you and, preferably, a copy of the game too (though that's not strictly necessary).

**Smash Bros / Mario Kart 8 Deluxe **
To continue the Zelda-theme, we'll be hosting Zelda-only Smash Bros Ultimate battles and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe races!

** FEATURED RETRO GAME - Zelda: Four-Swords Adventure (GCN) **
This is also an opportunity for you to play Zelda Four-Swords Adventures! Play with up to three others in a joint venture to rescue the Shrine Maidens. You could even bring your GBA to use as a controller if you wanted 😁

As always, for anyone with 3DSes, at the meet you'll have a few opportunities to get more of those elusive Streetpasses that we've all been missing out on. Are you shy on puzzle pieces, or need more heads to face the Dark Emperor? This is where you wanna be!!
You're not restricted to playing these though. Feel free to play any games you like with your friends - old or new! There might even be something you like on the booth TVs.
You don't even have to play! Come join, drink, eat, chat, whatever! We've love for you to be there!
Hand wipes and hand sanitiser will be available upon request.

We have meets arranged at Pixel Bar on the first Sunday of every month (when available). Additional meets may be arranged if something big is happening, like the launch of a big IP or new hardware, but this will be on a case-by-case basis. We've chosen to go with a clear repeated event so that there is no confusion over when the next one will be. If it's the first Sunday of the month, you know where we'll all be!

--------------- Notice Regarding Food --------------
Pixel Bar operates on a principle whereby guests are *not* permitted to eat/drink outside refreshments while inside the premises. Anyone caught doing so could compromise the event for everyone, not just themselves. So please, if you want to buy lunch or refreshments elsewhere then please consume it before coming back inside!
For the record this includes Bottled Water (it's a blanket rule to avoid confusion), but tap water is available for free at the bar.
---------- Regarding Wheelchair Access ----------
Unfortunately, for any events downstairs, Pixel Bar does not have wheelchair access at present. There may be the occasional event held on the ground floor but either way we'll make this clear prior to its start. For people requiring access to events where we are downstairs, Pixel Bar unfortunately cannot accommodate at this point. However we are working with Pixel Bar to improve our events to make them suitable for everyone. So hopefully we can address this issue soon!
