We thought it would be fun to do a Yin Yoga class in our pajamas.. just jamming out to low key jazz music by candlelight. Great way to end a week, right? Yin yoga, if you aren't familiar, is all done on the floor. We will be holding a variety of stretches for about 3-5 minutes. There is no standing in the class so it is truly accessible to everyone.
You can use your package if you already have one, or you can purchase a drop in. Class is limited to 20 ppl.
