LaToshia Norwood, MBA, PMP, a Houston native, is the founder and managing partner of L’Renee & Associates, a consultancy firm specializing in project management strategy, training, and consulting for corporations, government agencies, and small businesses. She is also the founder of the She Said Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering minority and women business owners through leadership training, access to capital, and confidence-building initiatives. A recognized thought leader, LaToshia has been honored as one of Houston’s Top 30 Influential Women and has received accolades such as the Patrice Johnson Award and the Emerging 10 Award. Her impact has been celebrated by local and national leaders, including proclamations from Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner.
