Japanese Braiding Lariat: The LAILAHNI Necklace

In this class, students will learn the art of Japanese braiding using a portable maru dai, which is included in the class kit. Together, we will explore the many ways these beautifully crafted braids can be used and worn. Each kit contains all of the materials needed to create a braid, including gorgeous fibers that allow each student to produce an individual piece suitable for a one-of-a-kind necklace. The kit also includes a distinctive charm centerpiece to complete the design. This class is appropriate for both beginners and experienced crafters, offering an enjoyable and calming technique to add to your creative repertoire.

Seats are limited and booked on a first-come, first-reserve basis. CANCELATION POLICY: Refunds are eligible up to one week before the beginning of the workshop. After this time, workshop fees are non-refundable. WheatonArts reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to minimum enrollment. If cancellation occurs, WheatonArts will refund all workshop fees. A $25 fee is charged to those who do not show up for their appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, except in the case of illness.
