Join Victor for an uplifting vinyasa yoga course. You can book the full course or book drop in classes. Together we will move through energising yoga postures, restorative stretches and end with a blissful relaxation. Energising yoga, restorative yoga & deep guided relaxation
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water, yoga/exercise clothes, jumper, socks & blanket (optional - yoga block, bolster, cushion)
