• Yoga: 30-40 minutes of gentle poses and breathwork to energize your body and center your mind. In each workshop, the focus is on one chakra.
• Meditation: Learn mindfulness techniques to spark your creativity. We have explored lots of different meditations from guided meditation, trataka (candle-gazing), chanting, walking meditation, sound bath and so forth.
• Art: Dialogue with your spirit through painting, drawing, and mixed media projects. This is not an art lesson; we focus on the process of making art, how it makes us feel. Along the way, we've done some really cool things with household objects: Marbleizing paper with shaving cream, clay sculpture, ornament making, neurographic drawing, candle making, painting, collage, fabric art, Gelli printing, ZenDoodling, acrylic pouring and many more.
These workshops are held on the third Saturday of the month.
