Blending breath, mindful movement, and presence in the winter beauty of the Botanic Garden, this monthly yoga series with Heidi Sherwin (ERYT 500) offers you space to slow down and support your well-being through the garden's quiet season. Each class will include gentle and rejuvenating practices that are accessible for all-levels. $12 for WVBG members, $15 for non-members. Preregistration is required.
