Kick off the new year with clarity and creativity at our Dry January Workshop, a session designed to inspire mindful drinking and introduce you to the world of non-alcoholic beverages that don’t compromise on flavor or fun. Led by our skilled mixologist Mike Rineer, the presentation will explore the techniques behind crafting balanced and visually stunning mocktails. You will learn how to mix three delicious mocktails using fresh, natural ingredients while also enjoying a light grazing board that compliments each drink. 🍹 Guests will enjoy live demonstrations, expert tips on flavor pairing, and the opportunity to sample signature creations designed to entice your senses.
Whether you’re taking a break for Dry January, cutting back for health reasons, or just looking for new drink inspiration, this workshop offers a supportive, social space to refresh your habits and reimagine what is in your glass. Come ready to sip, learn, and leave feeling inspired - no alcohol required! This event will take place in Beverly’s Boardroom 5ABC on the 7th Floor of The Coeur d’Alene Resort - with breathtaking views of Lake Coeur d'Alene.
